  • The warranty is valid only with filled-in and stamped warranty card, with the attached certified invoice copy for the purchase.
  • Warranty Coverage: the warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
  • This warranty is for the first person who bought the "Kitchen Sink" for their own use at home, and it only applies if the sink stays where it was originally installed. It cannot be transferred to another party and is exclusively tied to the original buyer.
  • This warranty does not cover misuse or abuse, accidental damages, scuffs or scratches, abnormal usage, negligence or damage caused by improper maintenance or cleaning. Normal wear of parts is excluded from the warranty. Damage caused by impurities or acts beyond our control are not covered. Any product or part which has been repaired or altered in any manner outside of eullora factory, unless previously authorized in writing by Eullora, will void warranty. Any replacement excludes transportation and any labor re-installation costs. This warranty does not allow recovery of incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use, delay. Property damage or other consequential damage, and Eullora accepts no liability for such damages.
  • The warranty is not valid in case of damages which have appeared during transportation or as a result of improper handling, installation, operation or maintenance.
  • The product must not have been modified or altered outside the original factory specifications.
  • The warranty is void if failure to observe manufactures care and cleaning instructions.
  • The warranty is void Damage to finishes by adhesives, sealants or abrasive cleaners etc. once sold.
  • Warranty Claim Process: If you believe your product is defective and covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service at info@eullora.com Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  • Inspection and Evaluation: Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim process. In some cases, we may request the product to be returned for inspection. Shipping costs for warranty returns may be covered by Unicraft Appliances pvt ltd under certain conditions.
  • Resolution: If the product is found to be defective and covered by the warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide a refund for the product. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a similar product of equal value.
