Return Policy

  1. Returns and Exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@eullora.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Our courier partner will contact the customer once the return is initiated.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
